Maryland Alliance for Justice Reform and National Alliance for Mental Illness-MD will hold a focus group meeting, inviting representatives of state govt., local detention centers, law enforcement, mental health providers and other advocates to talk about a plan to divert folks with mental disorders from jail to treatment.
