Sacred Dance and Chant Meeting for Learning on Zoom

We will simply do some chants and dances that have become familiar to those who have been with us for awhile.  I will take us through the words and movements for those who are new, and encourage everyone to participate in whatever way is best for them.  Some pieces will be as we are seated, and for others there is some footwork involved.  All are welcome to this spiritual practice, which I hope may help us respond to the tough challenges of our time.
