Sacred Dance and Chant Meeting for Learning on Zoom
Our theme today is “Lord of the Dance.” I will take us through the words and movements of 5 or 6 dances and encourage everyone to participate in whatever way is best for them — sitting in a chair or standing, singing or playing a drum, etc. All are welcome to this practice, which I hope will be a enjoyable gathering for relaxation, spiritual nourishment, and fun.
