Lea Morris will present a workshop and mini-concert as she makes a stop in Annapolis on her 2022 U.S. summer tour. A celebrated songwriter, amazing guitarist and soulful vocalist, Lea has written some beautiful songs for group singing in the past two years of the pandemic. She’ll be teaching these easy and compelling multi-part songs in the oral tradition, through call and response. Woven throughout the evening will be solo performances of her originals, plus her unique arrangements of spirituals and cover songs. This is a rare opportunity to experience Lea’s artistry in a participatory singing event!
