Baltimore Yearly Meeting’s Ministry and Pastoral Care and Stewardship and Finance committees are facilitating gatherings of small groups of local meetings to:
- Hear from Friends about their experience with the Spiritual State of the Meeting Reports and assist as needed in their creation; and
- Hear from Friends how their priorities and their leadings are expressed in their budgets and share how the BYM budget process reflects concerns that are shared across the Yearly Meeting.
- Develop a more clear and lively connection between local meetings and the Yearly Meeting and to strengthen these relationships;
- Listen deeply to Friends in local meetings, to understand joys and concerns arising, and have a better understanding of what is needed from the Yearly Meeting
