Welcome to a Zoom Chant & Dance!  We’ll watch a few nicely-made tutorial videos from a sacred chant and dance group at the First United Methodist Church of Pittsburgh, PA.  We can participate (with a few adaptations, of course) — or just sit and enjoy!  We already know some of the dances, and we’ll learn a couple more.  Come, dance with us!  It good to feel grounded, focused and joyfully connected in times like these.
