The Peace Testimony in Our Time Meeting for Learning (MfL) will start by considering its historical origins, then offer and invite personal perspectives for the era we live in, prompted by the query: “Do you endeavor to live in virtue of that life and power which takes away the occasion of all wars?” Come prepared to discuss a rich variety of topics of concern to Friends at our Meeting, including the concept of “just war”, Palestine water rights, taxation and the military, drone warfare, Guantánamo and more.
